How Dehumidifire Takes Moisture from Air: 

The Fan draws room air in through the back of the unit and over the cold coils. When warm, humid air passes over coils, moisture condenses and drops into the drip tray. Dried air then passes over hot condenser coils of the refrigeration system, through the front grill, and back into the room at about its original temperature.

NOTE: 

Dehumidifiers remove humidity from the air during 24 24-hour period at 21-250° room temperature. But there is variation in the removal of moisture humidity depending upon climatic conditions, the number of doors and windows on the room/premises, and the intensity of the area of activity, etc.
